Roland Orzabal, talented frontman for the British new-wave band Tears for Fears, is selling his Los Angeles home for $3,950,000.

The guitarist first listed the five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home last fall for the same price.

He bought the house in 2003 for $1,675,000. But after two decades and many renovations later, Orzabal is looking to part with his longtime pad.

The 4,300-square-foot, modern manse in Nichols Canyon makes the most of the California sunshine, thanks to its ceiling-height, glass walls.
