Dave Sheehan is a true Texan at heart. Although he wasn't born in Texas, he got here as soon as he could. Two months after being born to be exact, or as we say in Texas, "knee-high to a grasshopper." Growing up in Grand Prairie, Dave was always involved in student government and had a keen interest in both the arts and sciences. His academic journey led him to the University of Texas at Arlington, where he earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts, followed by an MBA after a soul-enriching trip through Europe.

 

With a career spanning over 30 years, Dave has made significant strides in the realms of technology, service, and business development, notably as the Director of Business Development and Client Relations for a local residential real estate law firm. His expertise also extends to the mortgage banking sector, where he served on the board of the Fort Worth Mortgage Bankers Association.

 

Dave's entrepreneurial spirit and passion for making dreams come true led him to the motorcycle business, where he played a pivotal role in transforming a dealership into a world-class operation. However, his heart remained in real estate, leading him back to sales with the goal of helping people achieve their dream of homeownership. Taylor grew up in the North Houston area, attending Texas A&M - College Station with plans to work with animals. Later, she followed her now husband to Dallas. They have three little girls who, being full of energy and cheer, are akin to a small circus - a situation Taylor sees as a win-win!

 

Taylor has always been an entrepreneur. So, when she discovered she was having twins in 2020 during a pandemic, it was only natural that she chose to leave her airline career to stay home, yet continue providing an income through remote work. Taylor had no background in Real Estate, but she quickly learned the lingo and grew to love the community and time freedom it came with.

 

From animals to airplanes and babies to Real Estate, Taylor's interests are diverse and expansive. Above all, she cherishes adult conversations and long walks outside.
