We contacted Jenny through the recommendation of a mutual friend to help us find a place in Dallas. Let’s’ just say we have great friends! Since we currently live outside the United States, our communication was handled via email until we met face to face to look at properties. Jenny provided her insight and expertise to work with us throughout the process to narrow options to a list of properties to visit. We found a property that exceeded our expectations, and Jenny juggled personal plans so we could take one more look before making an offer. Jenny Merchant was very rude and dismissive of me at their open house in Southlake,TX. I had barely been at the house 10 minutes when she followed me into a bedroom and told me to leave. I begged her to treat me nicer, but she escorted me out without saying another word to me. Not what an “open house” is supposed to be. Poor moral representative for your real estate firm.

We met Jenny in May of ’22. My wife and I had decided to move closer to our local kids and grandchildren who were in Keller and Roanoke. Hoping to get in the Southlake area, we were looking in the Stony Brook development when we ran across a realtor sign on a vacant lot. It was Jenny’s with Reflect Real Estate, and we called her. It was the start of a wonderful relationship that continues today as we approach the one year anniversary of our meeting. Although we liked the Stony Brook development, we were not able to build at the price point we budgeted. And that’s where Jenny really took us on in a very personal and professional way. She went to work immediately in locating lots, new construction and existing homes in our price range and we began the viewing and tours. Then bingo! She located “our new home”! Its address is Grapevine but was in the Southlake school district, but met our location needs. Although it was still under construction, it was close enough to completion that it would work in our time frame. We wrote a contract in mid-June and closed on August 24th. All during the time between introduction, contract and closing, Jenny was right there and managing the process perfectly. Even after the close and we were moved in, Jenny was checking in on us. All this to say, it was a wonderful experience and Jenny’s professionalism and care has turned into a friendship we’ll have for a long time. Thank you Jenny for finding our new home and getting us closer to family!

Rachel Grunn helped me throughout the selling process of my home flip. It was fast and easy when she stepped on the scene. I think her greatest help came with her ability to talk to potential buyers. Also, just the attitude to not give up on a down-trending market. My house flip was on the market for months over schedule, I honestly had no idea what to do. She sold a home for me recently and blew me away with her professionalism and ability. She has a deep knowledge and understanding of this business like no other. She generated so many listings with her crisp, clean, detailed information and the virtually staged professional photos she had done were BEAUTIFUL. Valerie was extremely helpful with our move from Dallas to Houston. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area we were looking to move to and attended quite a few open houses on our behalf when we were in Dallas. She went so far as to Facetime us several homes so we could continue our search from Dallas. Valerie helped with our negotiation of the home, was able to answer any questions we had and ultimately made the process of purchasing our home as seamless as it could be.
