We met Jenny in May of ’22. My wife and I had decided to move closer to our local kids and grandchildren who were in Keller and Roanoke. Hoping to get in the Southlake area, we were looking in the Stony Brook development when we ran across a realtor sign on a vacant lot. It was Jenny’s with Reflect Real Estate, and we called her. It was the start of a wonderful relationship that continues today as we approach the one year anniversary of our meeting. Although we liked the Stony Brook development, we were not able to build at the price point we budgeted. And that’s where Jenny really took us on in a very personal and professional way. She went to work immediately in locating lots, new construction and existing homes in our price range and we began the viewing and tours. Then bingo! She located “our new home”! Its address is Grapevine but was in the Southlake school district, but met our location needs. Although it was still under construction, it was close enough to completion that it would work in our time frame. We wrote a contract in mid-June and closed on August 24th. All during the time between introduction, contract and closing, Jenny was right there and managing the process perfectly. Even after the close and we were moved in, Jenny was checking in on us. All this to say, it was a wonderful experience and Jenny’s professionalism and care has turned into a friendship we’ll have for a long time.
