327 County Road 3549, Hawkins, TX

Price: $190,000
Mini barndominium: This cute blue house is small—only 348 square feet—but the 3-acre lot is huge. That means you could live in the one-bedroom, one-bath, barn-style home while you build the palace of your dreams.

Though there’s only one bath and one bedroom, there’s plenty of additional sleeping space. You could put a sofa bed in the living room. Plus, one loft has room for a double bed, and the second loft has room for a twin bed.

Guests with their own recreational vehicles will find hookups right outside.

The kitchen is equipped with a full-size range and oven, and there’s a built-in barbecue on the deck out back.

Constructed in 2022, this East Texas property is move-in ready.
