Singer Kali Uchis Is Renting Out Her California Home for a Cool $15K Per Month

Singer Karly-Marina Loaiza, who uses the stage name Kali Uchis, has a stunning home in the San Fernando Valley.

And she’s willing to rent it out. But not for a song.

For the serious sum of $15,000 a month, you can live like the R&B, pop, and hip-hop star. There’s lots of room to drop your bags in the five-bedroom, six-bath, 3,772-square-foot manse.

The songstress purchased the inviting home in 2019 for around $1.7 million, according to the Los Angeles Times. Located in the upscale Valley Village neighborhood in Los Angeles, the house was recently remodeled.

Bedecked with cool marble in the living spaces and large beige tiles in the kitchen, this lovely home is a celebration of the good life—inside and out.

The interior is anchored by an impressive, wrought-iron staircase near the entry. Glass doors lead to the secluded backyard, which charms with its pool, waterfall feature, and spa.

Future renters can cook up a storm in the kitchen, where double sinks, stoves, and microwaves make dinner parties a breeze. Upstairs, the main bedroom offers a fireplace, balcony, cavernous walk-in closet, and plush bathroom with a deep tub.

The singer and songwriter has had hits on the U.S. Billboard Top 100. She also won a Grammy for Best Dance Recording in 2021.

Uchis has also been nominated for a Grammy for Best R&B Performance and a Latin Grammy for Record of the Year. Her latest album, “Red Moon in Venus,” debuted in March. She kicks off her North American concert tour in April.
