New Georgetown Hoops Coach Ed Cooley’s Rhode Island Home on Market for $1.9M

Former Providence College basketball coach Ed Cooley is moving quickly.

Just a week after landing on the market, his four-bedroom, six-bathroom home in East Greenwich, RI, is under contract for $1.9 million. The quick sale suits Cooley as he’s already headed to the nation’s capital to become the next head coach at Georgetown University.

Set on more than an acre in an upscale area known as The Woods, his charming abode had no problem attracting an offer. The classic brick home is surrounded by trees and offers more than 5,800 square feet of living space.
