If you’ve always wanted to own a family compound, this could be the one. A trio of waterfront estates has splashed onto the market in Brick, NJ, for a cool $25 million—the state’s most expensive listing.

The adjacent megamansions are situated on a stunning 2-acre lot, at the edge of the Metedeconk River.

“The properties are each being maintained by the same housekeepers and gardeners,” says listing agent Robert Cecchini, of Keller Williams Shore Properties. “You can access each home from inside the parklike grounds.”

Triple luxe

While each of these luxury estates is certainly spacious, the homes vary a bit in size: 417 Princeton Ave. is 6,000 square feet; 419 Princeton Ave. is 9,000 square feet; and 423 Princeton Ave. is nearly 12,000 square feet, the largest of the three homes. It took three years to build and was completed in 2009. It is considered the property’s primary residence.

The owner of 423 Princeton Ave. purchased the two neighboring homes as they became available over the years, so additional family could move in, says Cecchini.

Each house features spectacular luxury finishes and custom pools that overlook the river.

“The family has decided to put all three homes up as a portfolio,” Cecchini says. “We have done a lot of marketing specific to that legacy clientele who are looking for a home of that prestige.”

423 Princeton Ave.

The 423 Princeton Ave. property is also listed separately. Last month, the home’s price dropped from $8,500,000 to $7,999,999.

The six-bedroom abode features polished limestone floors, Roman columns, mahogany staircases, Brazilian cherry hardwood floors, and custom-coffered ceilings.

A European-style kitchen boasts an enormous center island with a prep sink, marble countertops, custom cabinets, and a honey-onyx backsplash.

The lower-level entertainment room includes a bar and fireplace.

The home’s design is reminiscent of a French chateau, with gorgeous balconies that overlook a two-tier pool. You can enjoy riverfront views on a patio made from Jerusalem-imported limestone. Or take a dip in the pool, which has an “elevated spill-over spa with negative edge,” the listing states.

This beautifully unusual estate will likely require a very specific type of buyer, Cecchini acknowledges.

“It would have to be a unique family that wants to live together or work together,” he says.
