Goodbye, Home, Sweet Home: Motley Crue’s Vince Neil Is Rocking Out of Las Vegas

Vince Neil, lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist of heavy metal band Mötley Crüe, is reducing his Las Vegas footprint.

The iconic rocker has listed his Sin City home for $2,699,000.

Located in the upscale, guard-gated Spanish Hills community, the Mediterranean Revival-style house is situated northwest of the Las Vegas Strip. The sumptuous pad was once featured on MTV’s “Celebrity Cribs”.

Neil appears to have purchased the 5,497-square-foot abode new in 2002.

The home features Spanish-tile roofing, custom wrought-iron accents, and plenty of travertine flooring.

The home sits on a third of an acre and has been offered for rent multiple times over the past six years, most recently for $7,900 a month.

The six-bedroom, 5.5-bath residence offers the lush trappings of Las Vegas living, including a private casita; an expansive kitchen with custom cabinets and countertops, an island. and a peninsula; and a spacious family room with a minibar.

The primary suite features a double-sided fireplace, a kitchenette with a built-in wine rack, two walk-in closets, a dressing area, and a spacious bath with a steam shower and soaking tub.

There’s a private courtyard with a fountain in front of the house, plus the entrance to a private casita with its own bath. Out back, there’s a large pool and outdoor kitchen.

Neil, 61, has been involved in a number of local businesses, including a restaurant, gentlemen’s club, tattoo parlor, and the Las Vegas Outlaws—an arena football league.

A recent documentary, “Mötley Crüe’s Vince Neil: My Story,” recounts his 41 years in the rock business. When he’s not on tour, the musician spends his days playing golf or tending to his horse ranch, according to People.com.
