Gisele Bundchen Splashes Out $11.5M for a Pad Across From Tom Brady’s Mansion

Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bündchen recently closed on an $11.5 million luxury home in Surfside, FL, that is located just across the water from Tom Brady‘s Indian Creek Island megamansion, Realtor.com® can confirm.

The five-bedroom home was built in 1981 and features just under 4,000 square feet of space. But perhaps the views clinched it for Bündchen.

According to the listing, the property has “soaring 25-foot ceilings, large living spaces, massive terraces, and stunning views of a wide waterway and Indian Creek Island.”

There’s also a home theater, office, gym, playroom, and large eat-in kitchen that opens up to a patio, the listing notes. The property comes with a dock.

Cozy cottage

This is the second Miami-area home the 42-year-old supermodel purchased amid the star couple’s sudden (and reportedly amicable) divorce, which was finalized on Oct. 28. Bündchen and Brady were married for 13 years.

In February, Bündchen closed on another Surfside property for $1,250,000, according to the New York Post. Frank represented the listing for the cozy, 1,540-square-foot, art deco cottage located near Miami Beach.

The three-bedroom home, the listing notes, features an open kitchen with an “oversized marble waterfall island, breakfast bar and top-of-the-line appliances.” Plus, the spacious primary bath “offers double sink and pristine attention to detail.”

Indian Creek Island mansion

In 2020, the NFL star and former Victoria’s Secret model bought a $17 million Indian Creek Island residence. They had planned to raze the existing home and build anew.

The couple have two children together: 12-year-old Benjamin and 9-year-old Vivian. The 45-year-old Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback also has a 15-year-old son, Jack, with actress Bridget Moynahan.

According to Page Six, Brady is believed to be keeping the lavish property that is still under construction on what is known as “Billionaires Bunker,” amidst their real estate portfolio division.
