Comedian and composer Tom Smothers, half of the Smothers Brothers musical-comedy duo, has sold his Glen Ellen, CA, property for $7.2 million.
The entertainer originally listed the home for $13 million when it first hit the market in 2019.
With no takers, the spread was offered at $8.5 million in 2021 and had several more price reductions over the last two years.
The four-bedroom, four-bathroom, Sonoma County estate boasts nearly 6,000 square feet. It was built in 1983 and includes 115 acres, 23 of which are Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards.
