Buffalo Bills general manager Brandon Beane wants to make a deal. But in this case, he has a real estate agent working the phones.

Beane’s 10,442-square-foot mansion in Orchard Park, NY, comes with a hefty price tag—for upstate New York. He’s asking $1,800,000, making this the most expensive home for sale in the Buffalo suburb.

On the field, Beane’s team is heading in the right direction, with four-straight playoff seasons after two decades of irrelevance.

Now, as Buffalo fans await the construction of a brand-new stadium for their beloved Bills, we snagged a look inside Beane’s four-bedroom home.

Spacious is the key word for this impressive residence. An open floor plan flows seamlessly between spaces, which include a living room with a fireplace that opens to the dining area and kitchen. Custom cabinets, granite counters, and luxe appliances take center stage in the upscale cook space.

The main bedroom is a serene retreat, with a sitting area, oversized windows, and a bathroom with a whirlpool tub. There are plenty of indoor amenities—a much-needed respite from Buffalo’s bitterly cold, snowy winters.

Sports fans will love the indoor basketball court, complete with Bills logo. Plus, there’s an indoor pool with an attached hot tub.

There’s also space for a ping-pong table and gym equipment. A large grassy lawn awaits outside, along with a wraparound deck that offers plenty of room for grilling, dining, and leisure.

Beane was named the Bills’ general manager in 2017 after working for the Panthers in various capacities, including draft-board assembly, player evaluation, and contract negotiation. His next challenge? Helping Buffalo snag a Super Bowl win, which has eluded the franchise since its inception in 1960.
