Venture capitalist Tim Draper is moving on from his seaside Hermosa Beach, CA, estate, which is available for $18.9 million.

“Breaks my heart to sell it,” Draper tweeted, with a photo of the splendid spread.

The 7,946-square-foot home boasts five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. It was built in 2010 and offers panoramic ocean views that span Malibu to Catalina Island and Palos Verdes.

Draper purchased the property in 2011 for $12.6 million and stands to profit handsomely from the sale.
