Just ask California interior designer César Giraldo, who, along with architectural firm Tag Front, painstakingly designed and curated this $65 million modern masterpiece in Bel-Air.

Seven years in the making, the magnificent new build is this week’s most expensive home on Realtor.com®. It was originally listed at the beginning of the year for a staggering $68 million, now reduced by $3 million.

Other pricey properties to hit the market this week include a Florida contemporary once owned by Cher, a collection of cottages on Lake Tahoe, and a Texas ranch that includes a winery and vineyard.

This Spanish Revival estate sits on the eighth green of Wilshire Country Club.

The eight-bedroom mansion is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It was built in 1926 by architect Roland Coate for socialite Eva K. Fudger. The 10,179-square-foot residence later became the home of film producer and aviator Howard Hughes.

The modernized interior boasts a family room with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves and a chef’s kitchen with polished brass countertops.
