Calling all Halloween fanatics!
A hair-raising home set up as a spooky haunted house in Baird, TX, has jumped onto the market
Offered for just $125,000 and operated as an active haunted house, every inch of the scream-worthy property is decked out in the most horrifying decor.
Skeletons walk the ceiling of one room, while the Grim Reaper lurks in the background.
Another room features a grisly surgical scene with a decapitated prop head, held on a platter by a mannequin.

A faux fireplace in the living room is actually a secret door to the kitchen, where “blood” trickles from the cabinets alongside eerie saws, meat cleavers, and coffin doors that lead to extra storage rooms.
And if that doesn’t get your skin crawling, the open-casket “funeral viewing room” in this house of horrors will certainly get your spine tingling
The frightfully fun property is this week’s most popular home, and it has caught plenty of attention online.
“This house has gone so viral, it’s crazy,” declares listing agent Tina Irias, of Keller Williams Realty – Abilene. “It’s a listing you don’t see every day. The owners do a haunted house seasonally, and it’s a profitable business. They have had it for about nine years now, and it draws a huge crowd every year.”
Irias explains that while the owners love Halloween, they are now retired and hope to find a buyer who will continue to operate the space as haunted house.

Known as 13 Vultures Haunted Estate, the 2,168-square-foot home sits on nearly 2 desolate acres, complete with additional buildings and even a retired school bus.
“Yikes, I wonder what is in there?” ponders the listing.
Potential buyers are daring to take a peek.
“I showed it the other day, and the woman called it ‘charming,'” Irias laughs. “I am not sure if ‘charming’ is the right word. It has been so much fun to show. The seller is a prankster, so he was hiding behind the front door when I showed up with a buyer.”
She adds, “I don’t make eye contact with any of the dolls, because I’m afraid they might move!”

This isn’t the first time Irias has worked with the sellers.
“I sold them another property that was a lakefront home, and they had a Halloween theme there with bloody handprints on the curtains, a Chucky doll, and a skeleton in the tub,” she recalls. “I told them that not everyone loves Halloween, so maybe they should take some of the props down. When I sent the photographer over and they listed the photographs, I couldn’t believe some of the props were still there.”
However, the fear factor won over buyers. The owners received multiple offers on the day it was listed. So when it came to sell the pair’s haunted house, Irias knew better than conceal its creepy motif.
“I said I would just go with it,” she admits. They didn’t want to remove the props since they are part of the haunted house. So I knew I had to go with the flow, and I decided to write the listing to fit the pictures.”

Irias believes the home could be a hit on other special days of the year—not just Halloween.
“If someone buys this house and keeps it as a haunted house, there are a lot of people in the industry who do things like a haunted Valentine’s Day or a haunted St. Patrick’s Day,” she says. “In October, for Halloween, it draws about 1,800 visitors, and it’s only open on weekends.”
The space could also be used as a commercial business, Irias suggests.
While the home has no central heat or air conditioning, the roof is new and everything else is operational.
Built in 1952, the cinder block home features three bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms and is being sold as is. Most of the props can be purchased separately.
