Miles Teller is upgrading his living situation.

The actor recently picked up a Cape Cod-style home in Pacific Palisades, CA, according to reports. So now he’s ready to offload his smaller dwelling in nearby Studio City.

The Studio City home features a modern Spanish style, with five bedrooms, 6.5 baths, and just over 5,500 square feet of living space. It’s priced at $5,750,000.

Should Teller nab his asking price, he’ll make out quite handsomely, as he bought the house brand new for $3 million about seven years ago.

A soft, neutral palette with natural wood tones and rough-hewn beams lend an air of casual sophistication to the home’s interior. An airy, open floor plan flows seamlessly from the great room to the well-appointed kitchen, which includes Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances.
