Actress Candice Bergen is poised to take a loss on her New York City apartment.

She purchased the place just a couple of years ago for $2,150,000.

Bergen then listed the one-bedroom, two-bath abode for $2,175,000 in May. But the prestigious address failed to find a buyer, so the price now stands at $2,050,000.

Direct views of Central Park and the city’s iconic skyline fill the windows of this 1927 gem. Here’s what the Hollywood star is ready to hand off to a new owner.

This gorgeous aerie is the perfect pied-a-terre, complete with a grand salon living room, an adjoining sitting room or den, and a beautifully renovated kitchen. The luxe cook space includes appliances from Miele, a glass tile backsplash, and marble counters.

Prewar details, such as crown molding in the living area, nine-foot ceilings, French doors, white-oak floors, and attractive millwork, add charm and grace to every room.

While technically a one-bedroom home, the apartment also features a hidden bed in the sitting room, perfect for an overnight guest.

The main bath is a marble fantasy, with two sinks, double showerheads, and a towel warmer. The apartment is situated on the ninth floor. It’s sunny and bright throughout and offers abundant closet space.

Because the unit is in a full-service, luxury co-op building, future residents here can enjoy 24-hour door attendants, an elevator operator, and an on-site restaurant that delivers to apartment owners.

Located in the east 60s, this Manhattan find is perfectly placed for dashing to Central Park, visiting the sea lions and polar bears at the zoo, or shopping the many famous stores that line Fifth and Madison avenues.

Bergen’s career spans decades, and her many accolades include an Academy Award nomination, five Prime Time Emmy wins, and two Golden Globe awards for her portrayal of the title character on TV sitcom “Murphy Brown.”

She was the first female host of “Saturday Night Live,” has acted on Broadway, and appeared in numerous films, including “Miss Congeniality,” “Sex and the City,” and “Book Club.”
