Rachel Grunn Licensed Real Estate Advisor | License ID: 0753821

Rachel is a proud Texas native, raised in North Dallas. After graduating from high school, she embarked on a journey that took her to Europe, New York City, and eventually Los Angeles, where she pursued high-fashion modeling for nearly a decade. During her time abroad, she developed into an avid commercial and residential real estate investor in the United States. Her real estate investment experiences include AirBnBs, long-term rentals, fix-and-flips, mobile home parks, retail, and large multifamily assets. This expansive investing background has honed her negotiation and business skills, enabling her to better serve her clients, whether they are buying or selling their first home or their tenth. Rachel firmly believes that owning real estate, in any capacity, is an investment. She loves to work with her clientele to secure the highest possible return on their investments.

Rachel's passions extend well beyond the realm of real estate. Her fascination with horses began at a young age and has continued into adulthood. She owns a thoroughbred named Ringo, and together they travel the country, trotting through countless national and state parks — most recently Bryce Canyon in Utah. After a long day's work, there's nothing more relaxing to her than an evening on the ranch with a cold Modelo in hand. Rachel is also a competitive long-distance runner and spends her weekends traversing the North Dallas suburbs with her husband, Dylan.

Rachel's grandfather, the renowned Dallas news anchor John Criswell, and her grandmother, Elizabeth Criswell, a Child of Deaf Adults (CODA), greatly influenced her. Her grandmother founded the Deaf Action Center in Dallas in the '80s, serving the underrepresented deaf community in the DFW metroplex. Elizabeth's efforts were instrumental in changing state and national legislation to require that deaf individuals be provided with a translator in doctor's offices, courtrooms, and schools. Rachel was raised within the deaf community, is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL), and is passionate about representing those without a voice. She has proudly served many deaf clients throughout her real estate career.

Rachel and her husband, Dylan, welcomed their baby girl, Willow, in January 2022 and later added a Pomeranian named Kiwi to their family. When she's not negotiating deals for her clients, Rachel can be found enjoying warm Texan nights on the ranch with Dylan, Willow, Kiwi, and Ringo.
